The fifth Bitcoin Amsterdam fills SugarFactory in Halfweg on November 5 and 6, 2026. For the first time the Bitcoin Museum & Art Gallery, BMAG, brings a dedicated room of work into the European conference, while Bitcoin Art Society puts BitArt's Mosaic on the main stage LED screens and stages 2 evenings at What Is Happening Here Gallery in the city centre.

BMAG's Amsterdam wall gathers European bitcoin art into 1 room. Burst, the Vienna based artist known for the HAHA motif, shows MICHAEL SAHAHAYLOR, a pigment print over hand painted HAHA with its Bitcoin ordinal sent to the buyer's Taproot address, and CYPHERPUNKS WRITE CODE HAHA. Beside him hang works by ZETRA, including BIP39 series pieces such as 1638/SMILE, RYR's banknote material works including RUNNING BITCOIN, and Cypherpunk Now's Bitcoin Meteorite Canvas. Ksenia Buridanova and Mr Crypto Watches round out the 6 artist, 20 lot BMAG Amsterdam auction, which closes on November 7.

Burst (born 1987 in Baden, Austria) has worked as a crypto artist since 2019, after years as a musician and restorer. His practice moves between painting, AR, sculpture and, more recently, Bitcoin ordinals. In March 2025 he opened HAHA. Burst's Cross Chain Artefacts at the Francisco Carolinum in Linz, his first institutional solo.

Across the conference, Bitcoin Art Society presents Mosaic by BitArt on the main stage LEDs. Mosaic turns satoshi positions and UTXOs into colour and sound: more than 127 million tiles and 1 billion layers by BitArt's count, an evolving composition that treats the network itself as material. On November 6 from 8 to 11 PM, BAS Night opens at What Is Happening Here Gallery on Reguliersdwarsstraat. On November 7 from 5 to 7 PM, Art on Bitcoin: Public Show follows in the same gallery, with presentations of Mosaic and CyberSea's Code Is Art, and a panel that includes Burst.

1 weekend, 1 museum room and a generative work written from satoshis: Amsterdam's Bitcoin conference is treating art as programming, not decoration.
