Antonio Batzu: The Peer to Peer Army Lands in the US

Antonio Batzu's Peer to Peer Army, a permanent edition of 210 handmade ceramic and bronze Bitcoin warriors, is now reaching collectors in the United States.

Antonio Batzu is sending his Peer to Peer Army to American collectors. On October 6 he announced that Bitcoiners in the United States can now get their own statue, pieces from the first edition of the project, quoting a collector who is holding a crate of his originals and shipping them from the US so buyers can avoid customs. The warriors are also catalogued on CLCT, a platform for Bitcoin art and collectibles that settles in bitcoin.

Peer to Peer Army is a permanent limited edition of 210 unique handmade warriors in ceramic and bronze, dated September 2026 with Columbus, Ohio listed as its location. "Bitcoin is more than technology," Batzu writes. "It is a declaration of independence from monetary control and censorship." In his telling every Bitcoiner is a warrior who often stands alone against skepticism, pressure and isolation, and the army gives that a tangible form. No more than 210 will ever exist.

The first series, Columbus, shows how each figure differs. Every warrior is about 25 cm tall, a robed body holding a spear and a round shield stamped with the Bitcoin symbol, with glazes and lusters that change from piece to piece: white bodies with red stripes, copper oxide green, shields in shiny copper, rough bronze, platinum or orange glass. CLCT describes one lot as small sculptures from a legion of 21, from an army of 210.

The project grows out of a practice rooted in Sardinia, where Batzu works from Oschiri on unique ceramic sculptures drawn from ancient prophecy and the Sea Peoples. On October 11 he shared that his Sea Peoples works are featured in Novamarine's 2026 catalog.
